SAVE THE BEES!!

Bees are important to our environment because of many reasons. They are one of our most major pollinators, they work much harder than we think. In fact, they work to death over the summer because they only last about 6 weeks! During the winter they can live up to nine months! Since bees have such a short life span we should help take care the best we can.

Unfortunately, bees are dying quickly in the recent years  because of chemicals and pesticides. According to the EPA, the neonicotinoids were killing so many bees that the EPA said,"The report was so bad that the EPA could potentially take action to restrict or limit the use of the chemical by the end of this year. " Bees are also dying because of being unintentionally sprayed by Zika virus pesticides. If bees die out, we won't have enough food considering that they are one of our most major pollinators. We must save the bees!

Now that you know how important bees are, you should take action. Plant more flowers for the bees to pollinate. clear land for more beekeeping farms.Most of all, don't use pesticides that have chemicals that are harmful to bees.
